PROGRESS IS NOT THE SAME AS ACTIVITY

A vehicle in a bodyshop is not necessarily moving.

Repairs stall on parts, on capacity, on an unanswered query. Chasing every vehicle equally finds those problems late. We collect milestones from every repair as they happen and put people only on the cases that are drifting.

01

Track

Milestones are collected from repairers as each stage completes.

02

Flag

Cases at risk of stalling are identified before the delay shows.

03

Intervene

Repairer, parts supplier or manufacturer is contacted to clear the blockage.

EXCEPTION BASED BY DESIGN

Effort goes where it changes the outcome.

An exception model means the vehicles progressing normally are left to progress, and handling effort concentrates on the ones at risk. Clients see the same picture through a dashboard rather than waiting for a weekly report.

01

Collection

Arrival, stripping, parts ordered, paint and reassembly are logged as they happen.

02

Exception

Cases deviating from the expected path are flagged automatically.

03

Resolution

Delays are chased directly with the repairer, supplier or manufacturer.

04

Update

Drivers and fleet contacts receive a clear update in plain language.

WHAT DAILY VISIBILITY GIVES YOU

Where progression earns its place.

01

Cycle Time

Delays caught while there is still time to recover them.

02

Supply Chain

Recurring parts and repairer bottlenecks visible across the network.

03

Mobility Cost

Shorter repairs mean shorter hire and less downtime.

04

Communication

Drivers told what is happening without having to ask.

The cost of a delay is rarely the delay itself.

Progression reads the same file as deployment, engineering and hire, so a parts delay is visible to everyone who needs to act on it and to everyone paying for the replacement vehicle. Exception reporting also shows which repairers and which suppliers cause the delays, which is information a claims only provider never sees.

01

Shorter repairs

Blockages cleared before they become delays.

02

Lower hire spend

Mobility periods tied to actual repair progress.

03

Fewer enquiries

Proactive updates reduce inbound chasing.

04

Better network data

Systemic delays identified and addressed.
